We are currently obsessed with this overnight weetbix combo and the best part is, it's super easy to make and requires no re-heating: meaning you can take it on the go and you have a healthy breakfast that will fuel your morning and set you ahead with your protein intake
And you basically feel like you're eating caramel slice for breakfast, what's not to like?
The macros of this breakfast are extremely customisable to suit your goals, whether they be fat loss or muscle gains.
INGREDIENTS:
(Bigger portion - Cals 547 / P / C/ F )
- 3 weetbix, crushed
- 20g Cremé Caramel All Day Whey
- 1/3 cup milk
- 160g caramel yopro
- 20g caramel sauce (Barkers)
- 25g dark chocolate
(Smaller portion - Cals / P / C / F )
- 2 weetbix
- 15g Cremé Caramel All Day Whey
- 1/4 cup milk
- 160g caramel yopro
- 20g caramel sauce (Barkers)
- 25g dark chocolate
METHOD:
- Combine weetbix, protein powder and milk in a container and press to the bottom to form a base
- Layer on the yoghurt and spread evenly
- Drizzle on top caramel sauce
- Melt the dark chocolate in a saucepan over low heat and layer on top, spread evenly
- Refrigerate for a minimum 30 mins but overnight which makes this a perfect meal prep option
