Your tracking number will be sent to your email once it has been shipped. If you do not receive this number, please contact our customer care team on

Q: Do you deliver worldwide?
Due to the high shipping costs overseas, shipping is currently only available within Australia. We are trying our best to make Ivy Nutra available to the world and will announce when we can.
Q. How much is delivery?
For orders under $120, standard shipping is $7.50 and express shipping $15. For orders over $120 we provide free standard shipping.
Q: How long will my order take to get to me?
Express Shipping: 2-7 business days after dispatch.
Standard Shipping: 3-14 business days after dispatch.
Q: What if I put in my address wrong?
Please contact our customer care team as soon as possible if you have entered the wrong address on

If your purchase were to be returned to us and we are not at fault, we'll need you to arrange a further shipping fee so we can get your goods to you.
