Cremé Caramel Overnight Oats

Our breakfast obession!

If you want a breakfast that you jump out of bed for, look no further for this super simple and highly prep-able Cremé Caramel Overnight Oats.

This breakfast is an incredible source of protein, healthy fats and fibre which will keep you feeling full and satisfied, while delivering a steady release of energy. The oats are an incredible complex carb, meaning it'll digest slowly and keep blood sugar steady and the chia seeds deliver a quarter of your daily fibre intake.

The other star of the show is our All Day Whey Cremé Caramel protein which will help you feel fuller for longer and it completely boosts the flavour

INGREDIENTS:                                                     

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 2 tbsp Cremé Caramel All Day Whey      

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  • 2 tbsp Caramel yopro 

  • 2/3 cup milk

  • 15g white chocolate melts

  • 1 tbsp vanilla yoghurt

METHOD:

  • Combine oats, chia seeds and protein in a jar/ container
  • Add yoghurt and milk and stir well to combine
  • Place in the freezer to set
  • Melt white chocolate in a saucepan over low heat and stir in yogurt 
  • Drizzle over the top of the oats and spread till even 
  • Place in the fridge to set for minimum 30 mins but best overnight!
