Mango/Passionfruit & White Choc Overnight Weetbix

We are currently obsessed with this overnight weetbix combo and the best part is, it's super easy to make and requires no re-heating: meaning you can take it on the go and you have a healthy breakfast that will fuel your morning and set you ahead with your protein intake 

And you basically feel like you're eating caramel slice for breakfast, what's not to like?

The macros of this breakfast are extremely customisable to suit your goals, whether they be fat loss or muscle gains.

INGREDIENTS:

Base

  • 2 weetbix, crushed
  • 15g Vanilla Maple All Day Whey
  • 1/4 cup milk

Topping

  • 160g passionfruit/mango yopro
  • 20g white choc melts

METHOD:

  • Combine weetbix, protein powder and milk in a container and press to the bottom to form a base
  • Layer on the yoghurt and spread evenly
  • Melt the white chocolate in a saucepan over low heat and layer on top, spread evenly
  • Refrigerate for a minimum 30 mins but overnight which makes this a perfect meal prep option
