This is my new favourite dessert and it’s even a great afternoon snack for when you’re craving something sweet as the high protein will keep you feeling full and satisfied till dinner
The consistency is amazing, super dense and rich, not dry and powdery like others I’ve tried in the past
To make: ✖️3 tbsp oats (blended into flour) ✖️2 tbsp All Day Whey in Chocolate Dream ✖️1.5 tbsp cocoa powder ✖️1 tbsp maple syrup ✖️1/2 tsp baking powder ✖️1/4 cup milk (any) ✖️1 tbsp chocolate chips
Combine all ingredients in a mug and microwave for 60-90 seconds to cook
*CHECK on it every 10 seconds after 30 seconds - otherwise it will erupt in your microwave (I learnt that the hard way)
Give an extra stir towards the end so it cooks evenly 🫶🏼
