Been using Creatine for years and have really enjoyed the benefits but have found other brands to be gritty and not dissolving fully. Using Ivy's Elevate Creatine, it blends seamlessly and I honestly forget it's there. So easy to add to anything and it makes such a huge difference to my training performance and recovery. 5 stars!!If I could do more I would - been buying Ivy nutra all day whey for about 3 years now- first got introduced to me when I was training out of Spartans and I haven’t looked back since/ the flavours actually taste incredible - not powdery or grainy- I have the caramel one every morning with a smoothie and is the best decision I have made! I have just ordered the chocolate for the first time as I have been a constant repeat for the caramel and the vanilla flavour, doesn’t make me bloated and feel heavy !! So definitely recommend
Not grainy at all, and the flavour is yummy. I don't usually like caramel flavour but this one isn't too sweet
