The perfect afternoon snack when you need a sweet yet filling energy boost 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 100g frozen banana
  • 30g All Day Whey Chocolate Dream
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 15g peanut butter

METHOD:

  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth
