The perfect Summer sweet treat that is refreshing and will help you hit your protein goal ✅
WHAT YOU NEED:
✖️300g caramel yopro
✖️80g All Day Whey Cremé Caramel
✖️Caramel topping - 1 tbsp per ice cream
✖️150g dark chocolate - Lindt 70% used here
✖️Ice cream mould kit - got mine from Spotlight (Hot tip: look in the party section, not the kitchen section)
WHAT TO DO:
✖️Combine yopro and protein powder till a runny and smooth consistency is formed
✖️Pour across 4 ice cream moulds and freeze for minimum 2 hours (placing on a tray makes it easier to move)
✖️Remove from moulds and add caramel topping, freeze for another hour
✖️Melt dark chocolate over low heat, stirring consistently till smooth, transfer to a tall glass
✖️Dip each ice cream in, pressing to the sides of the glass to coat all the way to the top
✖️Chocolate will set pretty much instantly
