Strawberry Chia Pudding

This super simple snack delivers a whole bunch of nourishment that will leave you feeling healthy from the inside out

The anti-oxidants from the berries and omega 3’s from the chia seeds reduce inflammation, promoting healthy, glowing skin ✨
Chia seeds are also an incredible source of fibre which is essential for a healthy gut, also aiding your complexion

And our final secret ingredient is our All Day Whey Strawberry Burst protein which helps to keep you feeling fuller for longer and completely boosts the flavour 🍓🤤

To make:
✖️1/2 cup frozen strawberries
✖️1/2 cup milk (lactose free used here)
✖️1 tbsp strawberry burst All Day Whey (coming SOON)
✖️1 tbsp maple syrup
✖️50g chia seeds

Method:
✖️Add all ingredients (except chia seeds) to a blender and blitz till smooth
✖️Pour in chia seeds and mix
✖️Transfer across 2 glasses and refrigerate for at least 10 mins
✖️Top with a strawberry and enjoy 🍓💕
