A light and fluffy fool proof recipe that is perfect for a weekend morning
No bananas needed
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 1.5 cups rolled oats
- 3 tsp baking powder
- 1 scoop (30g) All Day Whey Vanilla Maple
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
WHAT TO DO:
- Blend oats into a flour first and then add all remaining ingredients to the blender. Blend till smooth.
- Heat a frying pan over medium heat and spray lightly with coconut oil to prevent sticking
- Spoon a tablespoon of batter at a time, they do expand quite a bit
- Cook for 4 minutes until you see bubbles appearing on the surface, flip and cook for a further 2 minutes
- Repeat with remaining batter till you get 10 small pancakes or 8 big ones
