Vanilla Maple Protein Pancakes

A light and fluffy fool proof recipe that is perfect for a weekend morning

No bananas needed

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop (30g) All Day Whey Vanilla Maple
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

WHAT TO DO:

  1. Blend oats into a flour first and then add all remaining ingredients to the blender. Blend till smooth.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and spray lightly with coconut oil to prevent sticking
  3. Spoon a tablespoon of batter at a time, they do expand quite a bit
  4. Cook for 4 minutes until you see bubbles appearing on the surface, flip and cook for a further 2 minutes
  5. Repeat with remaining batter till you get 10 small pancakes or 8 big ones
