Anyone who’s trained with EPM knows that we value progress, staying pain free and just generally being better every week.
A key component to the above is PREPARING properly for each session. Gone are the days where a 5 minute treadmill walk is an acceptable ‘warm up’. Practical evidence shows that properly priming the body prior to training is critical if you want to have a successful session.
Over the years we’ve sent EPM members to other companies to purchase their glute bands until we finally had enough of people having average experiences and buying sub-par products. EPM represents quality so we chose to fix the problem ourselves.
